But, you may want the black areas to be almost blacked out completely and the white areas to shine through. 4. Sharpening Up
   Even if you don’t want to do any other kind of editing, most digital photo editing services recommend sharpening your image. The way that you do this will be slightly different depending on whether you are planning on printing the image out or leaving it digital. Either way, you will want to make sure that you apply at least the minimum amount of sharpening to give your photo that real life effect instead of leaving all the digital noise that comes up in photography.
